Answer: Our service is for college graduates who are seeking their first job out of school. This type of coaching is extremely specific and different than individuals who have been in the work force and have a solid work background in which to position their expertise. The strategy we use is to 'differentiate' our students from their peers and to put them at the top of the qualified candidates. This is very different than most career counseling services as they promote a structured format that promotes 'sameness' versus 'differentiation'.

Question: How do I know what type of information to submit to you?

Answer: Once you select one of our services, you will receive an email confirming your service selection and payment. You will then send us your: Current Resume & Cover Letter's; Overview of your ‘ideal job'; Key Career Objectives & Examples of Projects from School or Work that Demonstrate Success. The more we know about you and your specific situation, the better we will be able to coach you during the process. The coaching document will help you to summarize the key areas we will need to successfully lead you through the resume or interview process.

Question: What if I'm still nervous after going though your interview skills coaching?

Answer: We would be worried if you were not nervous! This is a big step in your career and it is typical to be somewhat nervous. Our 5 step process provides you a format to move through the interview process confidently. Part of the process is to 'take the initiative' and that puts you in a position of power which decreases anxiety significantly. By understanding and knowing the format of this successful interview process, it lessens the impact of the 'unknown' which is what makes most of us nervous.
